JMP Engineering Acquires Robust Controls

Over the last 30 years, JMP Engineering has experienced significant growth across North America. To further support their growth strategies, JMP would like to announce that as of January 19, 2018, they have acquired Robust Controls to better serve and support their growing customer base in Texas. Robust Controls is a leading controls and systems integration company providing engineering services in Dallas, Texas, and the surrounding area.

The strategy behind Robust Controls joining JMP includes:
- Expand their solution offerings, and technology migrations for customers in specific industry segments including semiconductor, oil & gas, water/wastewater, and consumer product goods manufacturing.
- Collectively expand their geographic reach, and combine their engineering resources to execute larger process automation, control system, information, MES (manufacturing execution systems), and smart robotic projects.
- Help customers reduce project execution risk by leveraging JMP’s infrastructure, proven processes, as well as the size and scale of their joint operations.
