Brave Invests $12K in Local FIRST Robotics Teams

Giving back to the community and supporting the region’s business community has been a core value since Brave’s founding in 2008. We have been a proud supporter of Windsor-Essex First for several years now. Growing and inspiring young minds to pursue STEM and engineering is crucial to the development and future of our region as a technology and automation hub.

This year for 2020 we proud to announce that we have shattered our own sponsorship record! Brave has invested $12K into the local FIRST Robotics & LEGO League for the upcoming season.

JMP Parent Company, CONVERGIX Acquires AGR Automation, Expanding Global Reach

Convergix Automation Solutions has completed the acquisition of AGR Automation (“AGR”), a UK-based provider of custom, high-performance automation design and systems integration primarily to the life sciences industry.

Following Convergix’s acquisitions of JMP Solutions in August 2021 and Classic Design in February 2022, AGR marks the third investment in Crestview’s strategy to build Convergix into a diversified automation solutions provider targeting the global $500+ billion market, with a particular focus on the $70 billion global systems integration and connectivity segments. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
