ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Comecer, a company operating in the design, engineering, manufacture and servicing of advanced aseptic containment and processing systems for the nuclear medicine and pharmaceutical industries.
Seeq has recently announced a strategic partnership with AVEVA, a global provider of industrial software. Core to the partnership is the native integration between the two companies’ platforms that will simplify access to operational data in context, enabling chemical, energy, metals, mining, and utility organizations to improve their operations and production outcomes.
The SPE Industrial Partner Network more than doubled the number of its members within a few months. The seven founding members have grown to 17 members since the SPS fair in November 2019. Convergix Automation Solutions has completed the acquisition of AGR Automation (“AGR”), a UK-based provider of custom, high-performance automation design and systems integration primarily to the life sciences industry.
Following Convergix’s acquisitions of JMP Solutions in August 2021 and Classic Design in February 2022, AGR marks the third investment in Crestview’s strategy to build Convergix into a diversified automation solutions provider targeting the global $500+ billion market, with a particular focus on the $70 billion global systems integration and connectivity segments.
