Phoenix Contact Celebrates it’s 35th Year in Canada

This year Phoenix Contact celebrated its 35th anniversary with staff, customers and distinguished channel partners.
Since their founding in 1983 in Mississauga they have developed a reputation for quality products and solutions and a customer support structure that has driven their success and expansion across the country, along with the building of a new facility in Milton.
Kevin McKenna, General Manager of Phoenix Contact Canada, is a big part of the success, although he humbly attributes much of this to his devoted and continually growing staff. He pointed out that Phoenix Contact Canada has recently received its 5th consecutive Best Places to Work Award, an amazing feat that he plans to continue. Kevin also stressed how supportive Phoenix Contact Global has been for the continued success in Canada. With any growth there is risk, but the global support of the company has meant that the risks have continued to pay off.
Dirk Neugebauer, VP Sales Americas, Phoenix Contact was also in attendance from head office to present Kevin, and the team at Phoenix Contact Canada with an award on behalf of their success over the last 35 years. Dirk noted just how successful Phoenix Contact Canada has been, with numbers placing them among the top 5 geographic divisions of Phoenix Contact for the last several years. Several top salesmen from the company were also given awards for their contributions to the company’s success.
Phoenix Contact is certainly a driving force in the Canadian Electronic, Electrical and Automation industries and shows no sign of stopping its positive trend in the market.
