Autopro is very pleased to welcome new faces to our Calgary office. We are looking forward to their contributions to the Autopro team.

 

parker-lauren34182b8c1eb265e8b259ff00006ffe77.jpgLauren Parker joined as Marketing Coordinator in July, and boasts experience in both the Marketing and Event Planning spheres. Lauren has proven her skills in a variety of industries, including Calgary’s oil and gas market. 
Lauren is also the youngest sitting President (within Canada) of a PTSO, with a current residency at the Alberta Equestrian Federation.

 

scott-brownlee-3.jpgScott Brownlee has joined our team as a CADD Technician and brings over 30 years of experience as a draftsperson, in a variety of industries. Scott started out his career as a manual draftsperson, but as time evolved he honed his skills using AutoCAD and MicroStation 2D/3D. 
Scott enjoys tinkering, fixing and building things and has self-taught himself many things when it comes to home improvements or working on his vehicles. Scott also enjoys anything outdoors related – skiing, canoeing and even white water rafting!

 

 

rita-salazar-cropped.jpgRita Salazar is a Control Systems Technologist, with a focus in DCS/SIS. Rita brings over 10 years of experience working with many control system platforms including DeltaV Projects. She loves working with new systems, but has special interest in BMS design and implementation. 
Rita is originally from Costa Rica, and says one of the things she loves most about Calgary is getting out to the mountains for some R&R.

 

 

shawn-ladrew---cropped.jpgShawn LaDrew is a Senior Project Manager, and is a C.E.T. with over 20 years of experience working with DCS and SCADA systems. He graduated from SAIT in 1997 from the Information Technology program and he is currently completing his MBA from Athabasca University. 
Shawn is a born and bred Albertan, having grown up in the Red Deer area and now calling Calgary home the past 20 years.

Recently, Tri-Mach Inc. was thrilled to announce the addition of a new 45,000 sq ft. facility. Located at 285 Union St., Elmira, ON, this facility expands Tri-Mach’s capabilities, allowing them to better serve the growing needs of their customers.

JMP Parent Company, CONVERGIX Acquires AGR Automation, Expanding Global Reach

Convergix Automation Solutions has completed the acquisition of AGR Automation (“AGR”), a UK-based provider of custom, high-performance automation design and systems integration primarily to the life sciences industry.

Following Convergix’s acquisitions of JMP Solutions in August 2021 and Classic Design in February 2022, AGR marks the third investment in Crestview’s strategy to build Convergix into a diversified automation solutions provider targeting the global $500+ billion market, with a particular focus on the $70 billion global systems integration and connectivity segments. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
