The CenterLine Machinery Division designed and built this fully automated assembly system in just over 120 days. The total installation includes an impressive total of 48 robots including: 5 GMAW robots, 3 Sealant apply robots, 5 DAW robots, and 35 carried servo spot-weld robots featuring CenterLine FlexGuns. This production system is capable of producing up to 612 spot welds and 280mm of GMAW with an 82 second cycle time. This project is yet another example of what we can create for you.
