James Sterling Joins True North Solutions as ICCS Director, Strategic Growth & Operations

Recently, True North Solutions was pleased to announce that James Sterling has joined the team in the role of Integrated Commissioning and Completions Services (ICCS) Director, Strategic Growth & Operations.

James is a senior hydrocarbon and energy leader with more than 25 years of construction, completions, and commissioning experience. James leverages digital enablement platforms and workflows and transformative tools to provide real-time data-centric stewardship and key performance indicators across project lifespans. Through these tools, he has supported project teams with the right information at the right time to facilitate correct decision-making. With his support, his stakeholders have experienced reduced risk, reduced costs, improved data integrity, and a foundation of trust and integrity.

Throughout his career, James has demonstrated excellence in guiding multidisciplinary design, construction, quality control, and commissioning and completions teams. In his most recent role, James served as a Construction, Completions and Commissioning Manager, responsible for building an integrated digital turnover / handover platform for multiple Suncor Energy projects across Alberta.
