Rittal Systems Ltd. is proud to announce that we have been certified as a Great Place to Work® after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.

Tim Rourke, President, Rittal Systems Ltd., said, “I am extremely pleased and proud to announce that we are officially certified as a Great Place to Work for the 7th year in a row.  This is an amazing accomplishment and it is thanks to all our employees for making this such a great place to come to each and every day! The GPTW survey provides honest feedback that Rittal can analyze and evaluate to determine where improvements can be made to the organization, individual work groups and to specific roles and responsibility within the company.”

There are some key areas where Rittal out-performed the top 50 companies in the category, which are important areas for the Company as a whole:

  • Having a balanced work life and the proper tools to perform well are very important

  • Receiving the proper resources, training and equipment to perform well on the job
