Omron Whitepaper – MVRC: Mark, Verify, Read and Communicate

The strain placed on global supply chains this year continues to make headline news, from semiconductor shortages to labour and equipment availability, all exacerbated by geopolitical uncertainty. One cobot is typically comprised of around 600 different parts, sourced from more than 100 separate suppliers.
By Krystie Johnston and Dr. Manfred Jagiella – Sustainability facilitates opportunity when approached with a mindset to preserve resources and promote circularity. We share one Earth, and it is our global responsibility to care for it for the next generation. Endress+Hauser is one global company that understands this responsibility – and practices it as well. The company began as pioneers in the field of electronic sensor technology in 1953. Since then, they have become one of the world’s leading providers of process laboratory measurement technology, automation solutions, and services. As a family-owned company, they have a special culture that shapes everything they do. Strong values and principles make them a reliable partner.
Increasing stock turnover frequency with shorter storage periods, small order quantities with high delivery speeds, rising return rates and short-term increases in delivery quantities. In the course of digitalization, the intralogistics industry is also facing new challenges. With its Digital Enterprise Portfolio, Siemens supports highly efficient, flexible and intelligent applications in intralogistics. Siemens is thus supporting its customers, both machine builders and operators of logistics centers, on the path towards digital transformation.
When a professional hockey player chooses his equipment, he doesn’t usually buy all of the items from just one manufacturer. He may, for example, choose a hockey stick from one company, skates from another and a helmet from a third. This is because the player has looked at all of the options and chosen the best equipment to get his best results.
Preparing industrial products for safe use in hazardous applications or potentially hazardous environments is a high priority for manufacturers. For components, devices, and systems that could be used in safety-related systems, meeting functional safety requirements minimizes the possibility of a systematic or design-based issue.
Heavy-duy autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) like the Omron HD-1500 are quickly becoming the gold standard for automating pallet transport in warehouses and distribution centers. Capable of moving payloads through dynamic and peopled encironments using onboard mapping software, AMRs provide the ultimate in flexibility and scalability.
