Kevin Botham has been with IAI since 2015 and is one of our esteemed sales account managers. His decision to involve his son Marcus was driven by various factors, showcasing the company’s growth and community commitment. Initiatives such as our “Grow Your Own” program and “Lead Locally” mission resonate strongly with Kevin, highlighting the incorporation of a community-based approach and our dedication to innovation and employee advancement.

Marcus Botham experienced firsthand whether the promises and values lived up to reality. Joining Innovative as a co-op student in 2019 and now a full-time Innovator in our mechanical design department, Marcus’ assessment is unequivocal – the experience has been nothing short of amazing! The ownership and management’s approach to creating a positive work environment has resonated strongly with him. This attests to the fact that Innovative not only professes a great work environment but actively cultivates it.

Collaborating as family members within the same organization has provided Kevin and Marcus with unique benefits. The shared experience of working for IAI has allowed them to understand each other’s viewpoints from the sales and manufacturing perspectives of the industry. Such insight into each other’s professional worlds has undoubtedly deepened their understanding and respect for one another’s roles. Convergix Automation Solutions has completed the acquisition of AGR Automation (“AGR”), a UK-based provider of custom, high-performance automation design and systems integration primarily to the life sciences industry.
