New LED Signal Pillars from Rittal

As of April 1, Rittal has changed the portfolio of signal pillars to the latest LED technology. The new signal pillar types, 3-level LED and modular, offer the following advantages:

*Latest LED technology – for a long life span

*High protection class IP 65 – for use in demanding environments

*Simple connection technology – plug-in terminals simplify the connection

*Reduced complexity – through simplified portfolio while retaining functionality.

The old signal pillar is not compatible with the new signal pillar and has been discontinued. A detailed changeover table can be found here: Changeover Signal Pillars

Bel Power Solutions has recently announced the TCP4000 Series of fanless, three-phase 4000 W AC-DC converters, suitable for a variety of industrial applications, including semiconductor lasers and plasma generators, as well as process and control applications. The TCP4000 Series converts worldwide three-phase input voltage (180 – 528 Vac) to an adjustable low voltage, from 30-100 Vdc, optimized at 90 V, which is ideal for semiconductor lasers.
