Eaton offers numerous busbar manufacturing technologies, ensuring the right busbar for every application. Eaton busbars can be combined with fasteners of all shapes and sizes but when combined with Eaton’s HPLB (High-Power Lock Box) terminal they can eliminate all loose fasteners and provide a self-aligning, quick connect solution.

All Eaton busbars undergo rigorous validation per customer requirements, and most, if not all testing, can be completed internally. When busbar insulation is required, Eaton offers heat shrink, over molding, powder coating, and plastic enclosures. End-of-line (EOL) testing can also be performed prior to shipment.

• Flexible cut-to-length busbars do not compromise the finger-safe protection (requires using endcaps).
• 100 kA SCCR when protected by a max 200 A Class J fuse.
• Three-phase busbars rated to 600 V and 100 A.
